The life starts from the very beginning, which details its development in the egg.

Backup text features provide information on reference materials and other uses of Tyrannosaurus Rexes in media. The writer/artist is Stephen Bissette, known for his art on Swamp Thing and work with the Taboo anthology. Like the Cartoon History of the Universe (but without its humor), Tyrant shows how the comics medium can be used both to tell a good story and to be educational.

It was too late to save himself, but as a final act, the astronaut once more called on Ultraman to rescue the planet.

Ultracomics, a division of Harvey Comics, introduced the popular Japanese hero Ultraman to American fans in 1993. The Ultraman television show generated a cult following during its run, followed by this color series.
