This delightful ruffled early Magic Kingdom souvenir bowl, which is ornately and elaborately surface decorated with vividly-colored graphic imagery that is embellished even further with gold accents, is multi-functional. It can serve as purely decorative display “objet d'art”, or as a candy dish, whatnot bowl or even as an ashtray (these were originally sold as “gift trays”).
The charming scenic images that are depicted on this plate consist of these early seven (7) Disney World iconic attractions/rides/exhibits (listed in clockwise order, starting with topmost image and finishing with center-most image):

*Cinderella’s Castle (just as it is the “heart & soul” of Walt Disney World, it is also the centermost decoration on this marvelous bowl)
The outermost ruffled edges as well as the segmented border which surrounds the bottom centerpoint design of this beveled glass bowl are tinted and see-through.
The underside base of the bowl is black in coloration.

A great 1970's era souvenir plate or candy dish from Disney World. It could be used as a candy dish, an ashtray, a trinket dish, a place to put your keys or for whatever your heart desires. Made of glass, it has a wavy design along the edge and the top features illustrations featuring famous Disney World rides and attractions.
You may notice the name “Walt Disney Productions” on the items. That was the corporate name used on merchandise until February 6, 1986
