KHAN. A Retro Action Figure depicting actor RICARDO MONTALBAN as the legendary villian KHAN in the original STAR TREK episode THE SPACE SEED.

DST is excited to announce the first exclusive release in the ongoing line of retro-inspired Star Trek cloth figures will be one of Captain Kirk’s most dangerous foes – the nefarious Khan Noonien Singh! This limited figure is based on his debut appearance in the classic episode “Space Seed.” The figure was sculpted by and is manufactured in conjunction with Emce Toys!

The first completely original design to join the ranks of the Star Trek retro cloth figure line, Khan features the same articulation and detail, making this a must-have figure for fans of the original Mego toy line as well as DST’s new line of releases.

Genetically engineered during Earth’s Eugenics Wars centuries earlier, Khan attempted to gain the crew’s trust and take over the Enterprise for his own purposes. Barely stopped by Captain James T. Kirk, Khan was exiled to the distant Ceti Alpha V and forgotten. Refusing to abandon his quest for vengeance, Khan would later return and again almost destroy the Enterprise – this time claiming Spock as a casualty.

These figures are exact reproductions of the classic MEGO toys of the 1970s, manufactured by EMCE Toys.

EMCE TOYS... inspired by the original action figures produced by MEGO, they strive to craft quality, durable action figures and collectibles that recreate the sense of fun that the originals were made for.

RARE AND OUT OF PRINT! FULL COLOR, PRINTED ON HIGH QUALITY PAPER.

For fans of the classic Science Fiction Television series STAR TREK! This is a vintage collector's item featuring CAPTAIN KIRK, SPOCK, DOCTOR MCCOY and the rest of the ENTERPRISE crew from The Original Series!

After the Starship U.S.S. Enterprise, commanded by Captain James T. Kirk, completed its historic five-year mission exploring the galaxy, the ship received a full systems and structural overhaul. Most of her crew stayed on with notable exceptions. McCoy retired and returned home to be an “old country doctor.” Spock returned to Vulcan and began the Ritual of Kohlinar that would eventually purge his remaining human emotions. Kirk was promoted to admiral and foolishly accepted a desk-bound assignment. Two-and-a-half years later, an immensely powerful alien probe traveling towards Earth and cleaving a wide path of destruction reunites the entire crew of the Enterprise.
