Probably the most beautiful graphic novel ever seen. Alex Ross' art is matched by a strong story which contrasts the eternal qualities of legendary heroes like Superman and Wonderwoman with the moral ambiguities of a rapidly changing world.

Series about the future of the JUSTICE LEAGUE. The main story line centers around the newly returned Superman and the Justice League in thier attempt to control the growing population of new superheroes. Under the surface the book is also about the silver age of comics against the the "modern age."

Although old-style comic books may never be as big as they were between the late 1930s and mid ’50s, the continued popularity of their characters is evident by their frequent appearances in movies and in television.
