HUMAN TARGET #1 Comic Book
HARD TO FIND COLLECTORS ITEMS FOR THE FANS OF THE TELEVISION SERIES THE HUMAN TARGET!

Featuring a cover by TIM BRADSTREET

Did you know that THE HUMAN TARGET is based on a popular comic book series published by DC COMICS? (who bring you the adventures of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman)

Christopher Chance, a.k.a. the Human Target first appeared as a backup feature in Action Comics. A master of disguise, the aptly named Chance portrayed people who were marked for death in order to flush out the threat. A television movie prompted his return in a special edition in 1991, Human Target Special.

Although his adventures were perilous by their nature (standing in for someone with a price on their head), the danger was fairly physical and straightforward. But when a title is adapted for the Vertigo imprint, things are rarely straightforward. As with most Vertigo titles, the emotional aspect is an important element, but not so overpowering that there is no room for a sexy female assassin or a vicious drug dealer. This series depicts the psychological risks of so completely immersing oneself in a new persona and denying one’s own identity that reality becomes a matter of perception.

DOCTOR WHO COMIC BOOK VINTAGE TOM BAKER '81 MARVEL OOP!

DOCTOR WHO Comic Book.

HARD TO FIND COLLECTORS ITEMS FOR THE FANS OF DOCTOR WHO!

VINTAGE DOCTOR WHO COMIC BOOK!
OUT OF PRINT. HARD TO FIND COLLECTOR'S ITEM FOR FANS OF THE BRITISH SCIENCE FICTION ADVENTURE TV SERIES DOCTOR WHO!

MARVEL PREMIERE #60.

This was one of the first issues of Marvel Comics North America Doctor Who Comic Books published in 1981. Includes an essay on Doctor who exploring his villains and companions, with all new pinups and illustrations by Walt Simonson featuring Leela, The Doctor (Tom Baker) and Romana, Sarah Jane, UNIT members Sgt Benton, The Brigadier and Harry, the Zygons, and Peter Davidson as the newly announced Doctor of the time.

Featuring the artwork of Dave (Watchmen) Gibbons for the first time in color!

Inspired by the longest-running science-fiction show in television history, Doctor Who spins new tales of the world’s favorite Timelord, as presented in Britain’s “Doctor Who Magazine.”

Traveling across time in his slightly-malfunctioning T.A.R.D.I.S. (a time machine that looks, in the Doctor’s case, like a blue police box), the Doctor constantly finds himself pitted against evil monsters of all shapes and sizes.

Intelligent and eccentric, this series mirrors the personality of the Doctor himself. It’s a must for any Doctor Who fan.

MUNSTERS #1 COMIC BOOK!
OUT OF PRINT. HARD TO FIND VINTAGE COLLECTOR'S ITEM.

Includes an interview with Al "Granpa Munster" Lewis.

One of the last great sitcoms of black-and-white television, the Munsters became the stars of a second comic book series when TV Comics! launched this title at the 1997 San Diego Comic Convention.

The Munsters, who live at 1313 Mockingbird Lane, are (obviously enough) a family of monsters. Herman Munster (the dad) looks just like Frankenstein; Lily (the mom) looks like a female vampire—as does little Eddie Munster; and Grandpa is a dead ringer for an elderly Dracula. In stark contrast, their cousin Marilyn is a blonde, girl-next-door.

Although the family lives in a creepy house decorated in early mausoleum chic, they’re really just a fun-loving, All-American family. Herman, for instance, is an affable sort who worries about the sort of boys Marilyn is going out with, while wondering why the neighbors look at them so strangely.

Published in 1997 by TV Comics.
