Joe team has his or her specialty and employs it in an effort to bring down the notorious cadre of super-villains known as COBRA, an organization bent on world domination. The Joes were also a popular toy line in the 1980s and featured in their own animated series.

Cobra is the victim of an unknown attacker. This attacker has taken over one of Corba’s satellites and is using it against both US and Cobra targets (to include Cobra Island) Cobra Commander forms an alliance with Hawk and GEN Johnson (a new character). They form a plan to go into space and repair or destroy the satellite that is malfunctioning. The Joes go into orbit on the Defiant with CC and some vipers and repair the satellite at the last minute. The mysterious threat simply views the defeat as a intelligence gathering mission on both Cobra and G.I. Joe.
