Joe, Mask is an intrepid group of adventurers, outfitted with all sorts of high tech gear, engaged in a more-or-less constant battle against a similarly equipped arch-enemy. In Mask’s case, that enemy is one Miles Mayhem, a dastardly fiend who seems to cherish destruction for its own sake. The main premise revolved around the fight between an underground task force called M.A.S.K. (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand) against a criminal organization called V.E.N.O.M. (Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem). After its initial launch in 1985, the franchise spawned a variety of products, including four series of action figures, an animated television series, video games and comics COLLECTOR'S ITEM!
