These girls give new meaning to the term, “Bad Girl” as the guards have to constantly watch out for women stabbing other women. If a woman is thrown into this detention facility, she had better work fast to make as many friends as she can. One wrong move or look and it could mean a metal shiv up the back.
This full color series is based on the B-Movie “Caged Heat 3000,” which was essentially a futuristic update of the successful (if schlocky) “Caged Heat” series of women’s prison flicks.
Adding to the surreal fun and strangeness, comix grrrl Ellen Forney chips in with a wry one-pager, “The Big Doll House.”
