Marvel has begun to release a new series of Marvel Handbooks—encyclopedic volumes that contain entries for all of Marvel’s many characters. This volume, as the title indicates, focuses on the X-Men universe and the main players in the titles now appearing from Marvel Comics (X-Men, Uncanny X-Men, Astonishing X-Men).
