Scientists determine that the rock itself contains no radioactive ore, but seems to be channeling the radiation from somewhere else. In reality, it’s sending out a call—a call that awakens monsters that have lain dormant for thousands of years. Soon, the sky is darkened with insects as big as clouds, giant birds from the prehistoric age, and worst of all, the giant, fire-breathing lizard called Godzilla.
