LOVE AND ROCKETS GRAPHIC NOVEL LOS BROS HERNANDEZ SATYRICON V15 GILBERT JAMIE!!

Love and Rockets, Book 15: Hernandez Satyricon [Paperback] Jaime Hernandez (Author), Gilbert Hernandez (Author) Paperback: 144 pages Publisher: Fantagraphics Books (October 22, 1997) Language: English ISBN-10: 1560972718 ISBN-13: 978-1560972716 The final Vol. 1 collection, with uncollected stories from the previous three years. Easily the wildest and most outlandish volume! This concluding volume collects the "unclassifiable" stuff from the previous three years, including the stories where Jaime and Gilbert drew each other's characters. It's easily the wildest and most outlandish volume yet, featuring lots of hard-to-find stories, illustrations, and special features, including Gilbert's experimental, autobiographical "My Love Book," Jaime's adaptation of stories written as a child, and the glorious return of wayward brother Mario! Black-and-white comics throughout Features such stories as 'The KKK Comes to Hoppers' by Jaime, 'Death, God and the Devil Are One' from Gilbert, 'Hernandez Satyricon,' and 'War Paint' in which Gilbert and Jaime, respectively, draw stories using each other's characters, 'Somewhere in the Tropics' by Mario, and many others! This book has tons of good stories, and some goodies you couldn't find in the magazines(lost covers, unused T-shirt designes). It even has a story in which Jaime appears, and you get to see his actual picture as he interacts with some of Gilbert's creations. I think this book is good, a satisfying conclusion to the Love & Rockets series. About the Author Gilbert Hernandez lives in Las Vegas, NV with his wife and daughter.
