ART BY DOUG MAHNKE, WHILCE PORTACIO, RICHARD CORBEN, AMANDA CONNER, JIMMY PALMIOTTI, AND TONY AKINS; PAINTED COVER BY GLENN FABRY
If super-heroes truly existed in 2003, some would most certainly appear on reality television: ubiquitous low-budget shows followed their every movement, exposing their flaws and sleazy habits to the world. Masks is a parody of the pioneering reality TV program Cops, but instead of riding backseat with police officers, Masks patrols the streets with costumed vigilantes, catching everything they do and say that reflects their uncensored personalities. The book is presented in an anthology format, leaping from one character to another in each tale.
