THE STARVENGERS, also known as VENGER ROBO is redesigned and reimagined in this all new comic book series which follows the storyline of the SHIN GETTER ROBO OVA's.
Venger Robo was created by legendary manga and anime artist Go Nagai (Devilman) and is better known in Japan as GETTER ROBO G.
Toys of the three Robots (Dragun, Arrow and Poseidon) that comprise Venger Robo were sold in North America under the SHOGUN WARRIORS line of Giant Robot Toys.
The GETTER ROBO G anime series from the seventies was translated and broadcast in North America as THE STARVENGERS under the FORCE FIVE series of japanese animated programming (which also included Guy King, Dangard Ace, Grandizer and the Spaceketeers).
