For Fans of Gatchaman AKA Battle of the Planets AKA G-Force AKA Eagle Force!

Join the Battle of the Planets team as they go undercover at an amusement park where things are not as peaceful as they seem, with romance, mystery, and big freakin' mechs bent on causing destruction. It's G-Force action WITH classic manga style art.

One of the most popular animated series of the late 1970s, Battle of the Planets, the story of the super-hero team G-Force—Mark, Jason, Tiny, Princess, and Keyop—chronicles their campaigns against Zoltar and the evil forces of Spectra. In this manga style series, our heroes investigate a series of mysterious disappearances at a popular amusement park, where they run afoul of—what else?—big, honkin’ robots bent on destruction. But does something darker await the team?

In the future, mankind will reach for the stars. When it does so, it will discover that there are other races in the universe. Some will become friends. Others seek conquest and domination.

When danger threatens the Earth, G-Force comes to the rescue. This is a group of five intrepid adventurers. Together they explore the universe and protect Earth from danger.

Battle of the Planets in the late 70s, the adventures of G–Force was the closest thing to a daily dose of Star Wars for Generation X. Under the guidance of illustrator Alex Ross, Battle of the Planets is revived for a new generation of fans as well as satisfying the nostalgic appetites of older readers. The protagonists of the series are a group of adolescent heroes collectively known as G–Force. Outfitted in uniforms that resemble birds, G–Force were assembled and trained by Chief Anderson to combat the hermaphrodite villain Zoltar.
